NO LIFEGUARDS on duty - Swim at your own risk

Things you should know...

  • A member must accompany all guests at all times.

  • No one under the age of 14 will be allowed in the pool without an adult – over the age of 18.

  • Members are responsible for informing all guests of the rules and also responsible for the actions of their guests.

  • In the event lightening is seen or thunder heard, the pool and the pool area should be evacuated immediately.  Do not return to the pool area until at least 30 minutes after lightening or thunder.

  • Alcohol Beverages are NOT allowed in the pool area.

  • Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

  • No glass is permitted in the pool area.

  • Food is NOT allowed in the pool area.  Food will be allowed in the breezeway next to the clubhouse and pavilion only.

  • Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking area which is limited to the corner of the pool near the pool equipment room.

  • NO DIVING.  NO CUT-OFF SHORTS IN THE POOL.

  • NO RUNNING, BICYCLES, ROLLERBLADES, SKATEBOARDS.

  • NO LOUD MUSIC.

  • Any large groups or parties must be registered with the Management Company – in advance.  A guest fee of $1 will be charged for each non-member.  (A large group would consist of 10 or more persons).  Fees must be paid in advance.

  • The pool MAY NOT be reserved for exclusive use by any member.

  • The clubhouse will remain locked at all times unless it is specifically reserved. (See clubhouse rental rules).

  • Members must use key card for entry to the facilities.  Others will be considered trespassing and reported to the Police.

  • Anyone seen climbing the fence will be subject to trespassing charges.

  • Children who are not potty trained are NOT allowed in the main pool.  All children in the baby pool  who are not potty trained, MUST wear disposal swim pants.  Body waste presents a serious health hazard and requires the pool be closed and sterilized.

  • PLEASE contact emergency numbers, should this occur.  The City of Garland requires immediate chemical cleansing of the pool and requires that ALL members leave the pool area for 6 to 8 hours.

  • Only pool “toys” are allowed and must be made of rubber or plastic.

  • Any violation of these rules will be at the discretion of the Pool Monitor.

  • No balls allowed in pool area unless they are specifically made for the pool.
